Shipping Coverage

We ship across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is available to select countries; additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Overnight Shipping (1 business day, available in select regions)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and weather conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified value during promotions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to become active.

Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

Return Process

If eligible, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Send the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
